After this timeframe, your order will enter the processing phase, and we may no longer be able to accommodate your request.
If your cancellation is successful, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We take extra care to package products securely. However, if your item arrives with a defect or physical damage:

Notify us within 72 hours of delivery.
Email us at info@frifriend.com with a clear photo of the damaged item.
If eligible, we’ll replace the item at no additional cost. Damaged packaging (such as dented boxes) with an intact product inside is not considered a damaged item.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery
While we strive to deliver your order promptly, delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors are outside of our control.

For lost, stolen, or delayed packages, please contact the courier directly.
